History
GreenPeak was formed through the merger of Xanadu Wireless and Ubiwave (July 2007).

Xanadu Wireless is a Dutch fabless semi-conductor company and has been operating in stealth mode since early 2005.

The Belgian company Ubiwave has been pioneering wireless mesh protocols for sensor applications and has been awarded multiple prizes for its low power innovations. Ubiwave started its operations in 2003 and has set up several large scale field pilot projects to optimize and validate its technology.

Today
Today, GreenPeak Technologies offers ultra low power wireless transceiver chips using innovative low power communication protocols, compliant to industry standards (IEEE 802.15.4, ZigBee, RF4CE).

GreenPeak is based in Utrecht, The Netherlands and has offices in Zele, Belgium, Korea and Tokyo, Japan.

GreenPeak offers its wireless products and technology to leading OEMs for integration with their applications. GreenPeak focuses on the world market and distributes its products in the USA, Europe and Asia.

GreenPeak is privately owned and backed by venture capitalists such as Gimv (Belgium), DJF Esprit (UK), Robert Bosch Venture capital (Germany) and Allegro Investment Fund (Belgium).
