History
GreenPeak was formed through the recent merger of Xanadu Wireless and Ubiwave (July 2007).

Xanadu Wireless is a Dutch fabless semi-conductor company and has been operating in stealth mode since early 2005.

The Belgian company Ubiwave has been pioneering wireless mesh protocols for sensor applications and has been awarded multiple prizes for its low power innovations. Ubiwave started its operations in 2003 and has set up several large scale field pilot projects to optimize and validate its technology.

The experience and expertise of GreenPeak's teams combined with the technological superiority of its products offer solid guarantees for the future.

Today
Today, GreenPeak Technologies offers ultra low power wireless transceiver chips and modules with energy harvesting ready interfaces, using innovative low power mesh protocol, compliant to industry standards (IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee).

GreenPeak is based in Utrecht, The Netherlands and has offices in Zele, Belgium, Austin, TX, USA and Tokyo, Japan.

GreenPeak offers its wireless products and technology to leading OEMs for integration with their applications. GreenPeak focuses on the world market and distributes its products in the USA, Europe and Asia.

GreenPeak is privately owned and backed by venture capitalists such as DJF Esprit (UK), GIMV (Belgium), Motorola Ventures (USA) and Allegro Investment Fund (Belgium).
